Copello is seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems Architect to lead the development of next generation Electronic Warfare/Radar systems.

The successful candidate will work in the Integrated Project Team (IPT) and be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to develop requirements, models, and system architectures. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in system engineering processes, lifecycle, and procedures.

We are looking for an individual with experience in requirements management planning, requirements definition, and apportionment. Knowledge of Atlassian tools, Cameo Systems Modeller, or MATLAB is also desirable. Additionally, familiarity with EW, RF systems, Radar System design, and operation is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems, engage with customers and stakeholders, and derive functional and behavioral aspects of a system. You will conduct trade space analysis, produce candidate solution architectures, and derive requirements at all levels. Your ability to liaise with engineers across disciplines and understand requirements specifications is crucial.
