Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled IPS Employment Specialist to join our team at CV-Library.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to customers who are struggling to retain their employment due to their mental health condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide IPS services to customers, assessing their support needs related to work and engaging with local employers to explore job opportunities.
  • To source jobs for clients through tailored searches and regular contact with local employers.
  • To maintain knowledge of various occupations and jobs in the local area.

We offer a competitive salary of £**28,000 - £32,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
