Multifaceted Facilities Maintenance Specialist

In your role as a Multifaceted Facilities Maintenance Specialist at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities by identifying and resolving maintenance issues. This includes supervising tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance projects, inspecting and maintaining building systems, and monitoring inventory levels. Your keen eye for detail and strong leadership abilities will enable you to effectively coordinate projects and ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility. As a Multifaceted Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will work closely with our team to maintain high-quality services. If you possess excellent planning and leadership skills, a strong technical understanding of building systems, and knowledge of health and safety practices, we encourage you to apply.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities periodically to identify maintenance needs.
- Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance projects.
- Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment.
- Participate in project coordination to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
