Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of care within our Outstanding-rated nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective induction of all staff, including clinical supervision, mentorship, and assessment of student nurses and new care staff.
  • Work within the National Minimum Care Standards and Commission for Social Care Inspection guidelines.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN - RGN or RMN with some elderly nursing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
  • Proven experience at supervisory level within a nursing home, having previously worked as a Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager, or Clinical Lead.
