Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team based in our Head Office in Cirencester. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our clients, recommending insurance products that meet their needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a consultative service to clients, recommending insurance products that meet their needs and budget.
  • Use our advanced quotation system to take clients through a fact-finding process to identify their wants and needs.
  • Overcome objections by highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Meet sales targets and KPI expectations in a target-driven sales environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience selling Private Medical Insurance or other insurance products is desirable.
  • Proven sales experience in a high-volume telesales role with a drive to work with and convert warm leads.
  • Excellent communication skills, including questioning and listening at all times.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge and use it to provide best advice.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission structure with a high OTE of £70,000 to £100,000.
