Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our sales team based in our Head Office in Cirencester. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality advisory service to our clients, recommending insurance providers and their policies that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consultative service to clients, ensuring their best interests are met.
- Work towards KPI expectations in a target-driven sales environment.
- Participate in our full in-house training programme to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a friendly, fun, and supportive working culture.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic starting salary of £27,500 per annum, rising up to £32,500 once successfully passing probation and subject to KPI's.
- Regular bonuses and performance incentives, including holidays, days out, and TVs.
- Opportunities for continued training and development.
