Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Chalkline Solutions Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Administration team as a Sales and Logistics Coordinator. This full-time office-based role is responsible for handling day-to-day logistics and office functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics
Communicate with clients via tickets and phone calls to ensure timely and efficient resolution of queries.
Prepare quotations for hardware and software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Place purchase orders with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
Receive and inspect goods, updating internal systems and ensuring seamless inventory management.
Prepare equipment for dispatch, adhering to quality control standards and meeting customer expectations.
Coordinate courier services, both domestic and international, to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Handle warranty and software renewals, obtaining quotes, purchasing, and registering products as required.
Create sales invoices, accurately capturing customer information and payment details.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
Accounts
Create sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Reconcile purchase orders with bills, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Manage credit control, communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements
1-2 years' administrative experience, with a focus on customer service and logistics.
1-2 years' office-based customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Skills and Attributes
Perseverance and attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
