Key Responsibilities
Logistics
Communicate with clients via tickets and phone calls to ensure timely and efficient resolution of queries.
Prepare quotations for hardware and software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Place purchase orders with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
Coordinate the receipt and processing of goods, updating internal systems and ensuring seamless inventory management.
