Residential Team Leader Role

Shaw healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join their team as a Residential Team Leader at Glebe House. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centred care to service users
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of care plans and progress
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
