About the Role

At Re7 Capital, we are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a DeFi Business Development professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business, driving investment decisions and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier investors, L1 foundations, and distribution partners to drive business growth and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to scale on-chain vaults and drive innovation in the DeFi space.
  • Source new business opportunities and clients for the Re7 product suite, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and manage various forms of sales collateral, including pitch decks, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to increase global brand awareness and reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business in the crypto industry.
  • 3+ years of sales experience across Crypto, TradFi, or FinTech.
  • Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong work ethic and results-focused, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
