Leadership Opportunity in Environmental Science

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our Community Development team as a Group Leader for Environmental Science. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Environmental Science team to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Align local business development strategies with national goals
  • Develop and implement effective business development plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of environmental scientists and engineers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field (ecology, hydrogeology, contaminated land or water quality)
  • Membership of the relevant professional body
  • Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in environmental science and leadership
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
