Are you a skilled QA professional with a blend of manual, exploratory, and automation testing experience? Do you have a strong background in numerical analysis and proficiency in at least one programming language?

Saffron QA is working with a software company that is disrupting the private equity space. The company has recently secured significant funding and is in a growth phase.

They are currently seeking a QA Specialist to join their software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a rounded skill set, including manual/exploratory and automation testing skills, with a strong focus on complex system testing.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience in QA and testing, with a focus on complex systems and numerical analysis.
  • Experience in manual, exploratory, and automation testing, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Typescript, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience with Playwright or Cypress, including framework creation, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The role will require the candidate to work in a central London office three days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.

The company is offering a competitive salary band of £60-80,000 per annum, plus equity.
