The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to oversee the drafting and review of contracts for field-based projects deploying technology solutions at UK-wide client sites.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure commercial arrangements between clients and subcontractors are watertight and the company's interests are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting and reviewing commercial contract documentation, ideally with JCT, NEC, FIDIC, etc.
* Managing direct client/stakeholder relationships and improving business-to-client relationships
* Understanding complex projects incorporating multiple disciplines, such as Electrical, IT, Networks, Construction, Civil, and Manufacturing works
* Proven experience in a commercial/sales, procurement, or quantity surveying role
