Job Description

Expleo is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with SAP ARP/APD and aerospace wing build and assembly a plus
