Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time elevator operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting local farms and farm families in the Essex region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept orders and initiate timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and advise supervisor of discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and complete tasks to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Safely operate vehicles and follow safe loading/unloading techniques.
  • Maintain current licenses, permits, and good driving record.
  • Provide general labour and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and assist with equipment maintenance.
  • Perform tasks associated with fertilizer and grain handling.
  • Understand and follow company health and safety and environmental policies.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the agriculture industry.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors with physical activity.
  • Ability to work irregular hours and travel to various locations.
  • May require various licenses, permits, and/or certificates.
