Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily operations and staff management

  • Development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Management experience in a veterinary setting or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A full driving license and willingness to travel between branches and external meetings

Work-Life Balance

We offer a 40-hour working week across 5 days, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required to support our reception team during absences or holiday cover.
