An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in South West London. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be working with patients to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrative psychotherapy and experience working with patients with a range of mental health conditions. You will be responsible for holding a caseload of patients and delivering 1:1 and group therapy sessions, as well as engaging in key work and supporting patients with their onward treatment planning.

We are looking for a therapist who is able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity.
  • Evidence of both group and 1:1 therapy delivery.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, birthday off, contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities to develop and progress in a wide variety of care settings.
