Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Counselling and Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Optima Health. As an Accredited Counsellor, you will provide high-quality counselling services to our clients, working closely with our Clinical Lead to deliver trauma interventions and facilitate support groups.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own caseload, delivering short-term counselling for clients with personal or work-related issues
  • Providing crisis counselling and trauma interventions as needed
  • Facilitating support groups on various mental health topics
  • Working closely with our Clinical Lead to develop and implement counselling services

You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a counselling service, occupational health, or related field, and a strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management. You will also have excellent leadership skills and be able to work autonomously.
