We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team at Knockdene Health Care Ltd. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference in the lives of our residents by offering personal, emotional, and physical care.

As a Care Support Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner. You will assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation, and monitor and record residents' health and well-being.

The estimated salary for this role is £10-£12 per hour, depending on experience. We offer accrued holiday pay of up to 5.6 weeks, enhanced weekend & night rates of pay, all Bank & Public holidays paid at double time, very flexible shift patterns, ongoing training, uniform provided, company pension, and staff awards.

To be successful in this role, you will need a caring and professional approach to supporting vulnerable individuals. Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but not essential (training will be provided). You will also need flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
