The role of a Support Worker with us is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing support with leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel. You may be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community, working closely with people who have a learning disability to promote their independence and well-being.


We are led by people with a learning disability, and our vision is to promote that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society. If you are a self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
