Job Title: Financial Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team at Meridian Business Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of member accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of a small portfolio of member accounts
- Ensuring deadlines on the credit control calendar are met
- Responsible for ensuring member payments are received on time
- Monitoring and enforcing member credit limits
- Proactive in resolving member/supplier queries
Requirements:
- Strong IT literacy, with a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel
- Confidence and ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure
