Senior Practitioner in Multi-Agency Safeguarding

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing cases and ensuring the highest level of care for vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of complex child protection cases
- Work closely with other agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement safety plans to protect children at risk
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child protection procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a degree or equivalent in social work, current Social Work England registration, and recent managerial experience working as a Team Manager or similar role.
