Job Title: Tender Writer

We are seeking an experienced Tender Writer to join our team at Sja's West. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills in writing, creating, and preparing high-quality tenders that showcase our organization's capabilities.

About the Role:
  • Write, create, and prepare expressions of interest, prequalification questionnaires, ITT responses, and standalone tenders.
  • Maintain the Bid library, working with functions and operations to collate relevant, up-to-date supporting information for tenders, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.
  • Complete the bid/no bid tool and agree with relevant key stakeholders to ensure any tenders align with both the relevant department's strategy, operational capability, and capacity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tender strategies that meet our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resources needed for tenders.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in tender writing, preferably in a non-profit or charity sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and formatting tenders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
