About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with the wider Aldi UK team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
