Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Thames Valley Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the regional quality manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting project delivery across the region.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the regional quality manager, including maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Interact with colleagues, customers, and sub-contractors, maintaining a polite and helpful approach.
  • Ensure positive internal company relationships with other departments, offices, and business units/regions.
  • Support the rollout and training of new platforms related to Quality or Aftercare.
  • Review projects within the region, producing reports to support the Regional Quality Manager with countdowns to completion.
  • Coordinate aftercare for Thames Valley, logging defects, issuing to the supply chain, and booking appointments with customers.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to understand procedures and policies.
  • Working well alone or as part of a team.
  • Possess a passion for the project at hand and enjoy working in an inclusive and hardworking team environment.
  • Will be required to travel to other office locations from time to time.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to travel long distances.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $28k salary.
  • Car allowance.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • No weekends.
