We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Systems & Tools team at MBDA. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for developing new or improving existing software applications that manage customer support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new or improve existing software applications using software best practices.
- Help the Customer Support management team to improve data analysis techniques.
- Create and manage project documentation, user guides, test plans, and work packages.
- Act as lead developer on projects, carrying out software development lifecycle activities.
- Work with a multi-national team and have opportunities for international travel and development of language skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in software development and/or good experience as a Software Engineer.
- Knowledge in Back-end & front-end programming languages (Microsoft SQL, C#, Java/JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both IT experts and non-technical staff.
- Ability to manage and set own priorities to meet objectives.
- Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features.
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications.
