About the Job

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical & Electrical Manager to join our team at CV Library in Knightsbridge, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in delivering exceptional property maintenance services to ultra-high-end mansions.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of a maintenance strategy to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Contractor Management: Manage external contractors, prepare reports, quotations, and deal with technical administration.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements, and manage risk assessments and method statements.
  • Team Management: Oversee the Property team, including appraisal, development, training, and maintain health and safety records.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical/heating and ventilation systems, and electrical systems.
  • Certifications: City and Guilds or equivalent mechanical qualifications.
  • Skills: Strong IT skills, excellent communication and listening skills, good time management and organisational skills, and ability to produce written reports.
