VANRATH is seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take on a leadership role in shaping the company's health and safety strategy.
This permanent position offers a highly competitive salary package, estimated at £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision in SHEQ for the company's global operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification, Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health, and ISO Internal Auditor certification. With a minimum of three years' experience in a senior SHEQ role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, they will possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable ISO and/or OSHA standards.
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of health and safety initiatives, campaigns, and new processes to drive continual improvement. They will also develop and use metrics to measure and drive improvement in the business, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and present the team's progress to the Executive Team.
