The Role

This role requires an integrative leader who can drive technical excellence and foster a collaborative environment to deliver seamless and scalable extensions. You will oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide career development support for team members.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage two engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute to coding efforts, particularly in Python and SDK development.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of integrating new vendors.
About You

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engineering leader with a strong background in Python and SDK development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading engineering teams, managing multiple priorities effectively, and driving technical excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is highly desirable.
