About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Executive at Sysco Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and communicated to the relevant teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of our products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
