Time and Attendance Specialist Job

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Midlands

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Work Arrangement: Largely remote, with occasional travel to the Midlands or other sites.

We are seeking a highly experienced Time and Attendance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Kronos Time and Attendance systems and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Kronos Time and Attendance systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Kronos Time and Attendance systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
