Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at a well-established hospital in Birmingham. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our inpatient services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in acute mental health support, adult eating disorders management, and PICU care. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of patients are met.
- Contribute to the development of our inpatient services, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD), with a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice, and a commitment to delivering service-user-focused care.
