Role Overview

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Team Lead to join our Rheumatology Day Centre team. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless clinic operations and excellent patient outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Health Care Practitioner in delivering clinical duties, including blood pressure monitoring, oxygen saturation levels, and wound swabbing. You will also contribute to patient assessment, provide phlebotomy services, and maintain accurate records.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can demonstrate effective communication skills, work independently, and prioritize tasks efficiently. A relevant qualification in healthcare support or equivalent experience is essential. In addition, we require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our safeguarding policies.
