Role Overview:
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a dynamic and innovative town planning consultancy based in Gloucestershire, providing high-quality planning services across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a range of planning applications and appeals.
- Advise clients on planning strategies and provide expert guidance throughout the development process.
- Lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants.
- Prepare detailed reports and planning statements.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards it.
- Proven experience in planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation and regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
