Senior Town Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Town Planner to join our dynamic team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for managing planning projects from inception to completion, leading and mentoring a small team, and engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of planners, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Established Town Planning experience, preferably in the private sector.
  • Knowledge or experience in the energy sector is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.
