We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Social Worker to join our team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner.

The successful candidate will work within a Community Mental Health Team, providing assessments and support to clients in the local community and within the main hub.

This is a full-time/part-time contract role, available for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
