Job Description: Gabbott Recruitment Online is seeking a highly skilled Paint Coatings Supervisor to join our team in Doncaster/Scunthorpe.

Salary: £27,300 - £32,175 per annum, negotiable, paid weekly

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am-4:30pm, Friday: 8am-3:30pm, with approximately 6 hours overtime per week at time and a quarter

The Paint Coatings Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the spray shop, including managing the prep team, sanding machine, and two spray booths, as well as overseeing four sprayers.

Key responsibilities include order review, working closely with the Factory Scheduler, and training employees to improve their skills within the department.

Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential for this role, although previous experience in timber production is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
