Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment efficiently and safely.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

Qualifications:

- Experience with power tools, hand tools, shot blasting, painting, and fabrication.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Ability to assemble and disassemble components accurately.

Pay: £11.50-£25.00 per hour
