About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Mountain Warehouse. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is well-organized and tidy.
  • Develop and share product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, who is enthusiastic, and has a hands-on attitude. You should have excellent timekeeping, great people skills, and an interest in what we sell and what we do.
