About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Store Team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and tidy store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives

  • A competitive hourly rate of £9.00 for below 18 year olds, £11.8 hours per week during evenings and weekends

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
  • Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
  • Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Polite and professional
