Building Surveyor

About the Role:
Sedgwick Building Consultancy Division is seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our team in Scotland. As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide range of surveying activities, including technical reporting, defects diagnosis, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess damage and prepare reports
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Loss Adjusting teams to build relationships
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure robust control of time, cost, and quality
- Prepare schedules of works and contract administration of building projects
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards
- Full UK driving licence
- Extensive knowledge of building construction and relevant legislation
- Ability to plan projects and manage workload under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
