Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Modeller to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing models on modelling software, analysing and working on data sources, and providing technical support to the broader business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex models on modelling software to evaluate network performance and the impact of change at pipe and system levels.
  • Analyse and interpret data from various sources to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues across the business, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarising key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Hold a STEM-related degree and have a strong understanding of modelling software and data analysis techniques.
  • Have experience working with ICM software and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
