About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Huws Gray St Neots. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in driving sales growth and developing the team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Branch Manager
  • Identify and develop business opportunities from new, lapsed, and existing customers
  • Support the Branch Manager in developing the team and achieving sales targets
