Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients and their families.
  • Prepare the clinical area for safe practice, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use, including clearing away afterwards.
  • Provide escort and transfer for patients as directed by the multidisciplinary team.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
  • Contribute to the recording and storing of information, ensuring it is securely held, accurate, complete, and legible.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
  • NVQ 2 qualification or willingness to achieve.
  • Importance of continued self-learning and willingness to learn.
