We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trust Fellow in Paediatric Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine. This is a unique opportunity to gain extensive training and experience in a busy tertiary paediatric referral centre.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality elective and emergency anaesthetic services as requested.
- Engage in clinical governance activities, including critical incident reporting, morbidity and mortality meetings, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the teaching and training of other members of the anaesthetic department and hospital staff.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and perform additional management and administrative tasks as required.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Primary medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
- Full GMC registration
- FRCA (or equivalent level of knowledge)
- At least 3 years' higher specialist training in anaesthesia
- Experience of teaching, presenting, and audit/quality improvement activities
