FUSE Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Construction Development Manager to join their team in the south-west region. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a leading regional construction firm specializing in housing development and contracting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in measuring and delivering high-quality projects. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.

We estimate that this role will pay around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Analyze costs and prepare financial reports for projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • RICS accreditation or chartered status in quantity surveying
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
