Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Swift Temps Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through the sales of our services and solutions. This will involve generating new leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and effectively communicating with potential new customers to drive revenue and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  2. Generate new leads and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive sales and revenue growth
  4. Communicate and present effectively at all levels of organizations to drive sales and revenue growth
  5. Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers to drive revenue and profit growth
  6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI adherence
  7. Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses to identify opportunities for growth and revenue
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry
  2. Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market
  3. Strong understanding of working collaboratively across functions to achieve success
  4. Experience of working within a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment

Salary: £45k plus commission
