Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Director to oversee our UK operations, business development, and overall performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including sales and marketing, operations, finance, people and culture, and compliance.

The Country Director will work closely with the leadership team to align country strategy with Nordomatic's overall objectives. They will set a clear direction, communicate effectively, and act as a role model for the entire organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing a business unit or country operation, including budget management, profit and loss, and delivery of financial KPIs. They will also have strong experience in driving organizational change, growing business turnover, and delivering improved customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong business and finance acumen, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and first-class leadership skills. They will be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the business, including sales and marketing, operations, finance, people and culture, and compliance.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align country strategy with Nordomatic's overall objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a business unit or country operation.
  • Strong experience in driving organizational change, growing business turnover, and delivering improved customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of managing a sales operation.
  • BEMS industry experience is highly desirable.
