Administrative Coordinator Role

At Glos, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team. With a salary of £27,000-£31,000 and based in Cheltenham, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
The successful candidate will have excellent office administration skills and experience, with a strong focus on co-ordination and planning. Key responsibilities will include:
- Client Onboarding and Compliance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage various diaries and emails across the tax team, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Effectively organise necessary arrangements for meetings off-site.
- Planning and Co-ordination: Be one step ahead and plan and co-ordinate anything relevant for partners and the wider team.
