About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight and Passenger Rail Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight and passenger rail services, ensuring smooth operation and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate freight and passenger rail services, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including trains, crew, and equipment, to meet service demands and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in rail operations or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
